Shipping And Delivery

Purchases are shipped from our respective warehouse by reputed logistics service providers. Please allow following number of days for delivery from receipt of your order.

Domestic Orders – All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). You can expect delivery of the order within 3-5 business days

For International Orders – All International orders are processed within 1 business day (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). You can expect delivery of the order within 7-10 business days. We are shipping to all regions except EU, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Turkey, Lebanon, Pakistan, Ukraine, Israel & China.

CUSTOM CHARGES AND HANDLING RATES IF APPLICABLE, WILL BE SHARED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY BY THE LOGISTICS SERVICE PROVIDER. PLEASE FIND BELOW THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PERTAINING TO CUSTOM AND HANDLING CHARGES -

Your shipment could be subject to Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / Other applicable government taxes on arrival in the destination country.

Check the tentative Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / Other applicable government taxes on the respective government portals.

These charges will have to be borne by the customer. Biotique is not liable to pay them under any circumstances.

The shipping charges mentioned in the total order value does not include these charges.

If the customer refuses to pay the liable shipment custom charges upon its arrival in the destination country the brand will deduct complete shipping and return duty charges from the customer order value while processing the refund.

ORDER DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE BETWEEN 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However Biotique takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person

Shipping Charges

Domestic Orders: We ship products throughout India and all orders qualify for free domestic shipping on all prepaid orders and COD charges- Rs.120 on shopping upto Rs.299

For International Orders: We offer free international shipping for all orders of value 100 USD and above. For orders of less than 100 USD, there is a flat shipping charge of 25 USD.

Return/Exchange Procedure

You can return products within 7 days after delivery (where return is available). Please follow these steps to raise the request:

  • Create a “Return or Exchange” request under “Orders” in the Main Menu of the website.
  • Once you click on the link you will be asked for your Order no. and registered Email/Contact.
  • Upon filling these details, you will see all your products eligible for exchange/return.
  • Then you can select a reason for exchange/return, give additional remarks, share relevant images, and the request is successfully placed. 
  • In case of defective or incorrect products it is mandatory to upload relevant images.
  • It may take 24-48 hours for your request to be approved/ rejected.
  • Once your request is approved, the same will be picked up in 1-3 working days by our courier partner.
  • Please take a picture or video of the product while you are handing it over to the delivery boy as a proof for any disputes in the future.
  • Please handover the item which the delivery boy has come to collect only.
  • If any unaccounted items are handed over, the same will not be our responsibility as the courier partners will deliver us only the item for which pickup is arranged.
  • The shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations

You have the option to cancel the orders till the time order is un-fulfilled or unshipped. Once shipped, the orders cannot be cancelled as they are already in transit. Usually orders are fulfilled same day or within 24 hours. Please reach out to our customer care at +91-9606208886 in case of cancellation queries.

Product Bought in Sale (if applicable)
Unfortunately, products bought during sale period cannot be refunded/returned/exchanged if the product is not damaged.
