How to Shop Online?

Shopping Online Please browse our online product catalogue to make your purchase. STEP 1 If you would like to purchase an item, click on “shop now.” You can then add this item to the cart and continue shopping or proceed to checkout. STEP 2 If you would like to checkout, please confirm the quantity you wish to purchase and click on the ”checkout” link underneath your order. You will then be required to sign into your account with us or create a new account. After you have signed in, you will be asked to provide us with your billing and delivery details. STEP 3 Once you have filled in your billing and delivery information, you will be required to make the payment for your order. Your order will be immediately processed online. A confirmation email will be sent to you. PLEASE NOTE: FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY PRICES ON WEBSITE ARE MENTIONED IN AMERICAN DOLLAR AND IS CONVERTED TO INDIAN RUPEES WHILE MAKING PAYMENT.

Online Security

All transactions at Biotique are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption using a 1024-bit process. Any information you enter when transacting with Biotique is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional disclosure to third parties to ensure that the best security practices are adopted by major online vendors where all payments are processed in real-time for your protection and immediate peace of mind. You can tell your browser is in secure mode at “Checkout” by looking for the padlock icon in the bottom corner or at the end of the address bar of your browser window. WHAT IS A CVV/CVC? The Credit Verification Value or CVV or the Credit Validation Code or CVC is an important security feature that further reduces the risk of Internet fraud. This number never appears on sales receipts or billing statements, and is only found on the physical card itself. We ask you to enter the CVV/CVC code during your transaction to make sure that the card is, in fact, in your possession. The CVV/CVC is a 3 or 4 digit code embossed or imprinted on the reverse side of your credit card in the signature area.

Payment Options

Biotique Online is set up to take immediate orders online through the following modes of payment: 1. Domestic and international credit cards issued by banks and institutions that are part of the Visa and MasterCard Networks or Diner's Club. 2. Visa and MasterCard Debit cards. 3. Net Banking. 4. Cash On Delivery 5. For International Orders , payment is to be made in American Dollars Please note that for Visa/ MasterCard/ Diner's Club, you must submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiration date and 3-digit CVV number (on the back of the card) when you make your online transaction using your Credit Card. You should also have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code) to complete the transaction. The Credit Card transaction will appear on your bank statement as a payment to Bio Veda Action Research Co.

Cash On Delivery T&Cs

In our sincere efforts to serve our customers better, we have introduced Cash on Delivery (COD) facility which will be valid all over India. COD facility allows you to pay for your orders through cash at the time of delivery at your provided address. Kindly go through the following terms & conditions for availing COD facility on your next order – 1. COD facility is available for India orders only. 2. There is specific charge of INR 50 to avail COD on any order value 3. Cash on delivery service available only in select regions. 4. Please note that the Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges. 5. Order will be cancelled and mail will be sent on your email ID if region is non servicable

Out of Stock Policy

We apologize for the inconvenience that may be caused due to products marked out of stock, which are not available as we will be unable to fulfill immediately. In exigencies, in case your order has been accepted by us but your selected product is unable to be delivered, we will contact you within 3 (three) business days to discuss how you would like the order to be handled. If a product is out of stock, you may contact our customer care department. They will guide you to place the best alternate; else you may visit our stores to find the products.
